Alan I. Jones, Co-Founder and Head of Business Development
Alan has 20 years of operational experience in business development, sales, and management. Prior to founding SafeTRent, he co-owned Epic Resort Sales in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico, which maintained the exclusive real estate sales and marketing contract for Baja's largest master-planned resort community. Alan previously sold and rented luxury resort real estate for the exclusive Los Cabos community of Villas del Mar.
Before living and working in Los Cabos, Alan was the Principal Owner of Lane Properties, a real estate investment company. Previously, Alan was a General Manager in the Commercial Vehicle Division of Barloworld, an industrial brand management company.
Alan is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Economics and holds a real estate license in the state of Texas. Away from work, Alan enjoys traveling and staying in homes with his wife and two children.

Matt S. McGhee, Co-Founder and Head of Operations
Matt has been in the vacation real estate industry since 1996 and has been a licensed broker in Colorado since 1998. Prior to founding SafeTRent, he co-owned Epic Resort Sales, a specialty real estate sales, leasing and marketing company. In this role, he was responsible for all operational aspects of the company's contract with Baja's largest resort development.
In previous years, Matt was the Director of Sales for Snell Real Estate in Los Cabos, Mexico, as well as the Director for Del Mar Development, Los Cabos' premier developer. He was a senior Sales Executive and Real Estate Broker for Parasio Del Mar in La Paz, Mexico; The Timbers Company in Scottsdale, AZ; the St. Regis Residence Club in Aspen, CO; and The Ritz-Carlton in Aspen, CO.
Matt earned a degree in Mechanical Application from the Holmsglen College in Melbourne, Australia. Matt is married with two children and resides in Austin, Texas.

Greg B. Campbell, Vice President of Products
Greg leads the Products team responsible for defining and building out SafeTRent's payments platform. Prior to joining SafeTRent, he held leadership roles in product management, product development, and marketing at leading software companies in both Silicon Valley and Austin. These spanned a number of commercial sectors within enterprise application software (Zilliant, Oracle Corporation, and Siebel Systems) and clean tech (SolarBridge Technologies).
Greg holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago's Booth School of Business, and a B.A. in Economics from Georgetown University.

William L. Heidt, Partner and Board Member
Willy has been a real estate and business attorney for nearly 40 years. He has acted as a fiduciary in privately held companies and real estate firms, as well as for his own investments. He has acted as an Executor and Trustee, maintaining responsibility for the safekeeping and investment of substantial assets on behalf of a client family.
In addition to his law office, Willy is heavily involved in real estate development activities. He has been a Partner in residential and townhome developments in Aspen, Colorado and is also a Principal Partner, Officer, and Director of nine different restaurants throughout Colorado. As a Partner in each of these businesses, Willy has been and remains involved in concept development, site selection, site purchase and leasing, deal structure, policy decisions and implementation, as well as management oversight.
Willy earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver College of Law in 1972, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver School of Business Administration. He is also a licensed real estate broker in Colorado and holds licensure from the Colorado Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals Tenth Circuit and the United States District Court for Colorado. In addition to his many business activities, Willy served in the United States Army Reserve and the Colorado National Guard.

Harvey E. Fonseca, Advisor
Harvey has over 35 years of experience spanning various industries in the technology field and has held executive positions in companies such as MicroWarehouse, Microcom, British Telecom, ITT and ADP. He also managed two VC backed startup companies as CEO. He served for five years on the Board of the Austin Technology Council and retired to Emeritus Board status in 2007.
Harvey is President of Ring Investments, an investment and consulting company specializing in technology industries. His expertise in sales, marketing and business process development has contributed to the growth of early stage companies, including Inside Out Networks, SecureLink, Facilities Technology Group, Kaleidacare, ESO Solutions, and others.
Harvey holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Finance from the University of Michigan. In addition, he has earned a Ph.D. in High Energy Physics, an M.S. in Physics and a B.S.E. in Physics from the University of Michigan. He and his wife Nancy have been in the Austin area since 1993 and their three children, Jessica, Joseph and Alisha are all pursuing careers with Austin based organizations.
